Who we are
Walter is an AI digital front desk for 1:1 service operators: tutors, physios, beauty, coaches, consultants, gym and studio. The public site is Walter / walterdesk.ai. There is no published office or postal address. Write desk@walterdesk.ai or use Request access.
What we collect
If you request access: name, email, and studio or practice. If you sign in: the email you use at the desk, a session cookie, and (if you change appearance) a theme preference. If you already have a desk login: the client threads and schedule you store there so Walter can draft replies.
What we do with it
Access requests are read by us to decide whether to open a seat. We do not run outreach, sequences, or cold email from that form. Signed-in desk data is used to draft replies for you to approve. We do not sell this information.
What this is not
Walter is not a medical service, a clinic, or a health record. Drafts must not treat, dose, or diagnose. Pain or injury copy should stop the painful movement and point to a clinician. That is a product rule, not a claim that Walter is a clinician.
Cookies
Essential only. A session cookie when you sign in. A theme cookie if you lock light or dark. Local appearance storage in the browser. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner on this site.
How long, and how to ask
Access requests stay until we handle them or you ask us to delete them. Desk accounts last until we close the preview or you ask to be removed. Write desk@walterdesk.ai. We will say if we cannot do what you asked.
